Contact form

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected:

• Name — to personalise the reply
• Email address — to reply to you
• Message — to handle your request

This data is used solely to answer your request. It is not stored in a database by us and is not used for commercial purposes.

Form delivery is handled by Web3Forms (a form submission service) acting as a processor: it forwards your message by email to the site publisher and does not use it for any other purpose. As the site is static, no data is processed on the hosting server.

Browsing data

This site measures its audience with GoatCounter, a cookie-free analytics tool. For each page view it records the page visited, the referring site, the browser, the operating system, the screen size and the country derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored and no identifier is placed on your device: you cannot be tracked across sites. Statistics are aggregated and used only to improve the site. No advertising or profiling tool (Google Analytics, Hotjar, advertising pixels, etc.) is used.

Like any hosting provider, Hostinger keeps technical connection logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser) for security and diagnostic purposes, for a limited period and under its own responsibility. The site publisher does not use these logs.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, including for audience measurement. Fonts are hosted on the site; the only external resource loaded while browsing is the GoatCounter analytics script.

Processing of contact form data is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): by submitting the form, you agree that your data is used to handle your request.

Audience measurement is based on the publisher's legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is limited to aggregated statistics; since nothing is stored on or read from your device, it does not require prior consent.

Emails received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted within a maximum of 12 months.

Audience measurement statistics (GoatCounter) are kept for 25 months, then deleted automatically.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to object — object to the processing of your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format

This site implements several technical measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted connection over HTTPS (TLS)
• HTTP security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options)
• Anti-bot protection on the form (honeypot field) and spam filtering by the delivery provider

Fonts — fonts are hosted on this site. No request is sent to Google Fonts.

Audience measurement — GoatCounter (goatcounter.com) acts as a processor: your browser loads its script from gc.zgo.at (pinned version, checked with an integrity hash) and sends each page view to erdus.goatcounter.com. It only receives the data described under “Browsing data”, with no cookie or identifier, and does not use it for any other purpose.

Contact form — Web3Forms receives the form data at the time of sending, solely to forward it to the site publisher.

Booking — the “Book a scoping call” links lead to rdv.erdus.fr, another site of the publisher with its own privacy policy.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
